  1. I've been to nearly every RH model in the Pgh area and that Waverly is by far my favorite!!! So many "wow" factors! My husband drooled over the basement! Congrats on your new home and welcome to the blogging community!

  2. I want to add the room pillars to my house after it is built. Not sure why I like them so much but I think they look good :-)

  3. Thanks for posting these pictures. We always like to see how other Waverlys are decorated. It appears that this model has the two-car garage, and corresponding smaller master bath, as well as the extra room above the family room.

  4. You are correct Mike. Model has a 2-car garage and the bonus room - along with all 4 baths on the second floor. At some point I need to take pics of the basement and post those too. It's finished and very impressive. The model must have gone over very well -- so far 1/2 the houses up are Waverlys.

  5. Do you know what colors they use in this model?

  6. Hello- Thanks for your blog, it is well laid out and a great way to document the experience. We are in the Pittsburgh area and almost close to zoning in on a Waverly, in fact most probably finalizing all major structural/non-standard changes this weekend. If you do not mind I have 2 questions for you:

    (a) Now that you have been in the house for over 18mos. what are any major changes you wish you had made? ( we are a family of 4, two kids in the 10-14 age range)

    (b) We are contemplating a 2nd floor laundry room, thinking about blocking of part of the the sitting area in master bedroom with the entrance to the laundry room from the 2nd floor passageway- Ryan has agreed to it, not sure how much this is going to cost. If it is too exorbitant we may not go with it. Any comments on this?

Thanks for your help on this
